一种接直角连接器射频电缆组件的研制

本文从理论研究、建模仿真和样品测试等方面对SMA-JWB3B/JWB3B-300型射频电缆组件的研制过程、结构特征进行了介绍,通过产品频域下电性能的测试结果,证明该电缆组件所连接的直角连接器结构设计的正确性及可行性,通过产品时域下特性阻抗的测量,确定了电缆组件上阻抗失配的地方,并提出改善方案.最后,本文针对电缆组件的制作提出了几个关键控制点.

A Study of RF Cable Assembly Connecting with Right Angle Connector

In this article, the process development and structure characteristic of SMA -JWB3B/JWB3B -300 RF cable assembly are introduced in details, on the basis of theoretical study, model simulation and sample testing. It is proved that the structural design of right - angled connector on the RF cable assembly is correct and feasible through through the result of frequency domain test, and the place of impedance discontinuity on the cable assembly is found the result of time domain test, moreover an improved method is made. Finally, aiming to cable assembly manufacturing, several crucial points are given.
