异步电动机节能方法的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的异步电动机节能控制方法.这一方法是将调压节能理论与自动控制理制相结合,设计出一种自适应触发电路,使电动机输入电压随负载大小变化自动调节来减少铁耗和铜耗,从而达到节能目的.并根据电磁理论对其节能原理进行了分析,在此基础上,采用数学方法使理论分析结果得到证明.研究结果和计算显示此方法与传统节能方法相比,确实简单、经济、有效.按此方法设计制造的节能器已经得到实际推广和广泛应用.

Abstract:In the paper a new controlling method for asynchronous electromotor energy-saving was introduced. The autocontroling theory was combined with the energy saving theory of regulating voltage in the method. A kind of circuit of autoadaptly triggering was designed on basis of the method. The circuit can follow the changes of loads to regulate the armature voltage of eletromotor. In reference to the energy saving theory of regulating voltage, the circuit can reduce the loss of energy and arrive at the aim of energy saving by the circuit of autoadaptly triggering. And using the theory of electromagnetism, the paper analyses the theory of energy saving. Based on this, it prove the analysing result of theory by mathematical means. Results of researching appear that the method is really simple. economical. effective. The apparatus of energy saving made in terms of the method have been popularized Practically and used widely.
