竹节纱的应用及其网络化管理

竹节纱结构独特，品种多样，在纺织服装领域得到了广泛的应用。为方便竹节纱的生产管理，在现有的竹节纱生产装置单机控制的基础上，利用计算机技术、串口通信技术等，设计出一种竹节纱生产的网络监控系统，将竹节纱生产装置用RS-422网络连接起来，用一台主控计算机进行监控，可以查看车间内各台机器的生产工艺参数，并可对其实时设置修改，实现了网络化管理。

Application of Slub Yarn & Related Network-based Management

Featuring unique structure and diversified varieties, slub yarns are widely used in textile and apparel production. To make the production management easy, a network-based production monitoring system is developed by introducing computer technology and serial communication technology to the existing microprocessor control. All the slub yam production machines are connected via RS-422 network and thus can be monitored by a central computer. Production parameters of all the machines in the workshop can be set, modified and retrieved on the central computer.
