摘    要:Ritter反应是构筑C—N键最为重要的方法之一,可以广泛应用于精细有机合成中,包括药品、农药、高分子行业用的功能单体的合成。本文综述了从催化体系的选择、反应物的改变和其他辅助方法的选用等方面对Ritter反应进行改良的最新的应用研究进展。

Abstract:The Ritter reaction was one of important methods to built carbon-nitrogen bond, which had been widely used to prepare fine chemicals, included pharmaceuticals, pesticides and fimctional monomers. The recent modified ways of Ritter reaction had been reviewed in this artilce, included using of different catalyst systems, changing of the substrates, using novel assisting methods, and other so on, to accomplish Ritter reaction.
