试论群众路线的动态演变与法治保障

当今中国国情决定党的群众路线需走"法治化"道路。随着群众路线动态内涵的不断发展与演变,对群众路线开展方式进行反思和全面理解愈发紧迫与重要。社会政治时代背景要求探索开展群众路线与现代法治精神相契合。积极探索宪政与法治建设,破除体制机制障碍,保障群众路线之民生本义,建立群众路线与法治相契合的新格局,亦是当前所亟须。

On the Conformity Between the Mass Line and Rule of Law

Contemporary Chinese nation requires to take the Party＇s mass line with the principle of ＂ rule of law＂ . With the continuous development and dynamic evolution of the mass line, to carry out the mass line with deepening reflection and thorough understanding is the increasingly ut--mostly urgent and important. Based on the social and political background to combine the mass line, guided by the con- cordance spirit, with the modern law, is becoming an unavoidable demand. Study on constitutionalism and the rule of law, removing institutional hurdles, to protect the livelihood of the original meaning of the mass line, composes the heavy mission of our current times.
