松软厚煤层综放沿空巷道支护技术数值研究及应用

摘    要:针对松软破碎厚煤层综放沿空巷道围岩变形破坏特征,建立沿空巷道原始围岩结构计算模型,模拟计算各种不同支护设计方案,优化支护参数,选定安全经济的支护方案.数值计算和现场工业性试验表明,U型钢支架壁后充填技术(顶部充填)能够满足工程要求.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of intense deformation-failure of surrounding rock in a soft and thick coal seam roadway along gob area coal mine,the structure calculating model of original rocks around a roadway along gob area is constructed by knowledge of mechanics,and various bolt-mesh-anchor supporting schemes are simulated and supporting parameters optimized,supporting schemes is proposed,which is secure and economic.The results of both numerical calculations and in-situ tests show that this technology of U-steel supports and backfilling(in the top area of roadway) can satisfy the requirement of engineering,and better economic and social profits have been achieved.
