| 摘 要： | 为了统筹协调长江流域水库群调度运用,科学合理地运用水资源,需要开展三峡及长江上游水库群调度运用研究,实现流域水资源的统一管理和调度。探讨了水库群联合调度的主要研究内容和技术路径,包括防洪调度、水资源联合调度、适应生态环境和维护健康长江调度、联合调度的协调机制等方面。结论表明,在编制的长江上游干支流综合及专业规划基础上,利用各种技术手段,一定能实现梯级水库群综合效益,促进长江流域经济社会可持续协调发展。
