基于模糊优化压力容器的设计

摘    要:在压力容器常规设计方法单纯根据强度理论进行设计的基础上,提出综合考虑压力容器设计、制造、检验、试运行和工作环境等因素对设计计算的影响。根据模糊数学理论,应用模糊数学优化的方法,把影响压力容器的各因素和等级进行模糊综合评判,得到目标函数约束条件的最优水平截集,从而建立压力容器模糊优化设计的数学模型,寻求最适宜的压力容器设计方案。

Abstract:Based on conventional design method of pressure vessel only with strength theory,the design,manufacturing,inspection test and working environment factors of pressure vessel are considered comprehensively as the influence factors in design calculation.According to fuzzy mathematics theory,the optimization method of fuzzy mathematics is applied,the influence factors and levels of pressure vessels are comprehensive fuzzily evaluated,and the optimal level set of the constraint conditions of objective function is obtained,then the mathematical model of fuzzy optimization for design of pressure vessel is established,and the optimal design scheme pressure vessel of is found.
