风力发电机组的防雷问题

摘    要:运行中的风力发电机组,遭受雷击屡见不鲜,损坏设备,造成巨大损失,甚至危及人身安全,为此,根据国外部分防雷研究成果及雷害统计资料数据,说明雷电危害风力发电机组的严峻性。同时,列举了国际著名风力发电机组厂家的防雷设计标准要求,从中看出当前防雷设计的差异。指出要改善风力发电机防雷性能状况,必须从设计标准、制造规范、建设质量等根本环节着手,并应尽快建立我国风电行业(包括风机防雷)技术规范。

Abstract:Based on some foreign research results on lightning protection and statistics of lightning failures,this paper demonstrates the severe impact of lightning on aerogenerator sets. The design standards for lightning protection of some international famous manufacturers of aerogenerator sets are listed to show the differences in lightning protection design. It is indicated that to improve the lightning protection performance of aerogenerator sets,radical links including design standards,manufacture codes,construction quality,etc. should be stressed,and technical codes for wind power industry (including lightning protection for aerogenerator sets) in China be established as soon as possible.
