倾斜管道颗粒层移阻力研究

摘    要:在浆体管道技术中,研究浆体处于低速流动状态具有重要意义.其目的就是要研究在保证管道不堵塞情况下,能耗降至最低,这一般都要涉及到颗粒层移流动状态.本文在前人的研究基础上,推导出了向上倾斜管道固体颗粒处于层移运动时的阻力损失计算公式.并对其进行了简单验证,讨论了不足之处.

Abstract:In slurry pipeline technology,it has meanful to conduct research on the flow status of slurry in low velocity.One of Its purpose is to find out howto mini mize the energy while prevent the slurry fromplugging,and this al ways relates tosolids stratification flow.On the basis of forefathers research,we derive and publish resistance loss model of solids understratification flowin upward-inclined pipeline.Finally we verify the model and discuss its deficiency.
