论财务管理课程教学方法和手段的创新

摘    要:针对财务管理教学方法和手段比较单一,不能有效地调动学生的主观能动性,影响教学质量和教学效果提高的现状,有必要对教学方法和手段进行创新,培养全面、新型的财务管理人才.在教学过程中,根据教学内容灵活使用观念教学法、案例教学法、情景模拟教学法、模型教学法等教学方法和手段,以增强教学活动的吸引力,全面调动学生的主观能动性,提高教学效果,培养出现代化的新型财务管理人才.

Abstract:Methods and approaches for teaching the course of finance management are discussed in this paper. In teaching the course of finance management,we have found that the students are short of perceptual knowledge about production and management in enterprises. In addition,methods and means of teaching are outdated and single, which does harm to teaching quality and teaching effect. To resolve these problems,teachers should pay more attention in selecting methods and means of teaching based on actual teaching materials. For example, time value and risk value by idea teaching; capital cost, allotting dividend and so on by case analysis teaching; external financing, securities investment by scene simulation. Only in this way can finance management teaching be improved.
