| 摘 要： | 采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除能力、还原能力、超氧阴离子清除能力评价不同山核桃叶提取液的抗氧化活性,采用F0lin酚法测定提取液的总酚质量浓度.结果表明,山核桃叶提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,并以甲醇和蒸馏水提取物的抗氧化活性最强;60%甲醇溶液的提取物具有最高的DPPH自由基清除能力,总酚得率最高,达到(10.63±0.31)mg/g山核桃叶. |
