| 摘 要： | 测定不同茶叶中氟含量,对茶叶溶出特性及影响因素进行分析。采用氧弹——燃烧技术和离子选择性电极测定茶叶中的氟含量。不同茶叶中的氟含量有一定的差异,氟含量为砖茶>红茶>绿茶,溶出率也不相同。不同介质及时间对茶叶的溶出率有一定的影响,但氟含量未出现超出限定值的现象。
