不同来源生物素对谷氨酸短杆菌的影响

摘    要:利用玉米浆、麸皮水解液、甘蔗糖蜜、酵母膏和蛋白胨等原料提供生物素对谷氨酸短杆菌TG866进行培养,结果表明:添加酵母膏或玉米浆培养对菌体生长和发酵较为有利;添加酵母膏发酵,菌体生长量较大,产酸量较高.

Abstract:Biotin are provided with corn slurry,wheat bran hydrolysates,sugar-cane molasses,yeast extractive and peptone to bring up Brevibacterium glutamicum TG866.The results show that the strain groth and fermentation do well in culture medium involved with yeast extractive or corn slurry,and the strain gets more guantities and produces more glutamic acid by fermentation in culture medium involved with yeast extractive.
