摘    要:不饱和二氯烷烃在有机合成中有着广泛的应用,通常由相应的不饱和醇制备。由2-丁炔-1,4-二醇可以很方便地得到1,4-二氯-2-丁炔,将2-丁炔-1,4-二醇(固体)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液滴加到二氯亚砜中,在冰水浴中反应生成1,4-二氯-2-丁炔,产率可达到87.4%。上述制备方法反应条件温和、操作和装置简单。

Abstract:Unsaturated dichloride analogies were widely used in organic synthesis. The dichloride analogies were obtained conveniently from corresponding diols. 1,4-dichloride-2-butyne was obtained conveniently from 2-butyne-1,4-diol. To a stirred solution of thionly chloride was added dropwise 2-butyne-1,-4-diol in DMF. In ice-water bath, and give to 1,4-dichloride-2-butyne. The yield of 1,4-dichloro-2-butyne was 87.4 %. The method above was under mild condition, easy operation and simple apparatus.
