Production Technology of Dry Pressing Colored Glazed Ceramic Tile and Its Engineering Application

Drying pressing colored glazed ceramic tile can be produced by once-forming technology at 1 200 ℃ in a fast-firing kiln under the conditions of improving molding process,glazing method and preheat and slow cooling adjusting of roller kiln.The moisture content of the semi-product used for producing this tile should be under 10%.The tile possess the double structure for waterproofing and wide adaptability,which is not only applied in the buildings in several provinces of China,but also exported to East Asia and Africa.
