| 摘 要： | 人居环境建设对改善人们生活条件具有积极作用,同时,也会消耗大量的物质资源,对生态环境造成不利的影响.合理评价人居环境建设正反两方面效应具有重要意义.采用能值分析方法.运用系统能值增量概念,构建了人居环境建设系统总价值的度量模型,同时结合能值产出率、可更新能值比、废弃物能值比等指数对重庆市人居环境建设系统价值及综合绩效进行了实证研究. |
