镀锌钢丝锌层重量试验方法的比较

摘    要:我国镀锌钢丝锌层重量试验方法是采用国家标准GB/T2973—1991,其中介绍了三种试验溶液及其试验方法。本文通过实验,比较了使用其中两种试验溶液后的试验结果,发现溶液a不容易把握锌层溶解的终点,常会出现数据偏大,而溶液c配制方法简便,容易操作,而且数据稳定、可靠。

Abstract:In China, the test methods for measuring the mass of zinc coating on galvanized wires are as specified in the national standard GB/T 2973—1991, in which three test solutions and test methods are presented. This paper makes a comparison between the results using two of the three test solutions—solution a and solution c. For solution a, it is hard to identify the time when the zinc coating has just been completely solved, resulting in somewhat larger reading than the actual value. While solution c is easy to be prepared and controlled and helps to give reliable and steady readings.
