| 摘 要： | 人格是一个重要的心理学概念,成熟人格具有独立性、综合性、特殊性、创造性、动态性、一致性等特征,生理因素、心理因素和情境因素会直接影响大学生人格的形成和发展,培养大学生的人格应重视知识、团体、教师、劳动和社会实践的作用,不断完善大学生人格自我提升的心理机制。

| Abstract: | Personality is an imporant concept in psychology,and mature personality has the characteristics of independence,generalization,creativity,dynamic,and consistency.The formation and development of undergraduates,personality are affected by physiological,psychological and conditional factors.To foster the personality of undergraduates,much attention should be paid to knowledge,group,teachers,labor and social practice.Furthermore,the mental mechanism of undergraduates' personality to be promoted by iself constantly should be perfected. |
