| 摘 要： | 基于Pro／E软件建立了外槽轮式排种器三维模型，通过数据接口将三维模型导入到MasterCAM软件中，对外槽轮式排种器模具进行了自动编程，在数控仿真系统中验证了自动缟程加工程序的正确性，实现了外槽轮式排种器模具设计、制造的CAD／CAM／CAE一体化。

| Abstract: | Based on Pro/E software,3D model for the outer-fluted feed is established,leading 3D model to software masterCAM by data interface,automatic programming for the model of outer-fluted feed.In NC simulation system,validity of automatic processing programming is verified.Outer-fluted feed mold design and manufacturing with CAD / CAM / CAE integration are achieved. |
