浅谈国际工程承包的风险及对策

国际工程承包其本身是一项充满风险的事业 ,加入WTO ,中国的建筑业将有众多的企业走出国门 ,融于世界的国际化的大市场中 ,涉足国际工程项目的承包。可是 ,目前我国许多建筑施工企业缺乏国际工程项目承包的管理经验 ,许多企业对工程项目自身认识不足 ,对可能隐含的潜在风险混浊不清 ,在这种条件下 ,涉足国际工程项目的承包势必会给企业本身造成经济效益和社会效益上的损失。为了提高企业的经济效益和社会效益 ,为了在未来竞争更为激烈的国际化大市场中站稳脚跟 ,都必须认真分析和研究国际工程项目中所含的风险种类及其风险值的大小 ,并有针对性地制定相应的具体防范措施 ,采用科学的管理手段 ,以求降低风险或转移和分散风险 ,方能为企业创造出更好的经济和社会效益 ,方能在国际化的大市场中立足

Simple Analysis on the Risks of International Engineering Project Contract and Its Countermeasures

International engineering project is a business full of risks. After Chinese WTO entry, more and more China's construction enterprises will have opportunities to compete against foreign construction enterprises in the international market. Many of China's construction enterprises, however, lack management experience in international engineering project and do not understand it well and unable to realize the risk hidden in them. Under this circumstance, having a foothold in the international engineering project will undoubtedly bring about serious losses of the enterprises in economic and social benefits. In order to increase the economic and social benefits, survive in the bitter competition, every construction enterprise aiming to be established must give a careful analysis and research on the various risks in international engineering projects, as well as set up specific preventing measures suited to some projects. Meanwhile deploying scientific managing measures to reduce, transfer or defuse risks is an important means to generate more social and economic benefits.
