| Abstract: | In this paper,recent research progresses of preparing a series of rare earth compound nanotubes,including template method,hydrothermal synthetic method,wet chemical method,ultrasonic chemical method and sol-gel electro-spinning method are reviewed,and the features and mechanisms of the preparation techniques are analyzed.The future development trend and application of the nanometric scale material from rare earth compound nanotubes are also forecasted in brief. |
