稀土化合物纳米管的合成研究进展

摘    要:对国内外稀土化合物纳米管的合成方法进行了概述,重点介绍了模板法、水热合成法、湿化学法、超声化学法和溶胶-凝胶静电纺丝法等合成方法的特点及其研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:In this paper,recent research progresses of preparing a series of rare earth compound nanotubes,including template method,hydrothermal synthetic method,wet chemical method,ultrasonic chemical method and sol-gel electro-spinning method are reviewed,and the features and mechanisms of the preparation techniques are analyzed.The future development trend and application of the nanometric scale material from rare earth compound nanotubes are also forecasted in brief.
