| 摘 要： | 以58.3 tex亚麻/棉65/35转杯纺混纺纱为例,根据原料的性能特点,分析纺纱工艺配置情况,合理调节前纺工艺,控制好车间温湿度,制备出合乎要求的熟条;确定转杯纺关键纺机器材的纺杯速度、分梳辊速度、工艺风压等合理的工艺参数.实践表明,这些工艺参数对亚麻/棉混纺纱的性能有较大的影响,在生产中应重点控制.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics and the performances of flax fiber,flax/cotton 65/35 58.3 tex rotor spinning yarn was took for example.In order to produce the slivers to meet the demand,arrangement of spinning processing was analysed,prospinning processing was regulated reasonably and temperature & humidity in the workshop were controlled.Reasonable technical parameter of rotor speed,carding roller speed and wind pressure were adopted in the key textile machinery equipment.The quality of the blended yarn i... |
