摘    要:为分析单电感多路输出BUCK电源转换器(SIMO)的可行性,首先建立MATLAB模型,从算法角度验证SIMO可行性.同时为解决SIMO存在的电路复杂、面积大、及静态电流大的问题,首次提出使用电流信号设计SIMO控制器.结果表明,算法可行,电路设计方法简洁,0.13 μm CMOS工艺下三通道SIMO面积0.76 mm2,静态电流110 μA,驱动能力200 mA.

Abstract:The feasibility of single inductor multiple output BUCK converter (SIMO) was verified by MATLAB model firstly At the same time, the method of design SIMO DCDC converter with current signals was presented initially to simplify SIMO controller design and reduce the area and quiescent current of SIMO controller. Results showed that the mathematical model was robust and the circuit realizing method was simple. The area of the triple channel SIMO is only 0.76mm^2, quiescent current 110uA, and drive strength 200mA.
