摘    要:介绍江西铜业集团公司贵冶30万t规模铜电解车间2007年投产时,为稳定电铜质量在电解液准备方面采取的有效措施。在分析2003年铜电解生产线在开车之初电铜质量波动情况的基础上,采取尽量采用老电解液的配液方法,改进添加剂加入方式,在开车之初获得高质量电铜的同时,还节省了多项费用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the effective electrolyte matching method developed during the production Guixi Smelter's new 300000 t/y plant in 2007. The engineers referred to the unstable cathode quality happened during the commencement of No. 2 tank house in 2003, successfully controlled the high quality cathode by using big portion of used electrolyte and new additives, which resulted in big save in many items.
