直线电动机驱动冲压机的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了用直线电机直接驱动冲压机工作的基本原理、结构、性能以及它的检测与控制方法。和传统式机械冲压机相比, 直线电机驱动的冲压机( 以下简称电磁冲压机) 具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、制造周期短、成本低、控制方便、噪音低和省能等优点。目前已研究完成了50kN 以下的科研样机, 通过了省级鉴定并获得了多项专利, 现已投入小批量生产, 效果显著。100kN 以上的科研样机作为省重点科技攻关项目正在研究之中

Abstract:This paper deals with the research and application of the punching machine driven by a linear induction motor (LIM). The fundamental principle,construction,performance and application are described.Comparing this new model machine with its traditional form,the LIM driven punching machine has many advantages,such as,simple construction,small size and weight,low production cost,short production time,easy to control,low noise and considerable energy saving.Now the authors have accomplished the research project and manufactured several prototype machines with rated forces less than 50kN,which have passed the provincial appraisal and have gained patents.Now we have got a number of grants from the Chinese National Foundation of Science and several companies which make us enable to design a new prototype machine with rated force more than 100kN.
