电磁泵低压铸造充型压力控制及过程模拟

摘    要:研究确定铝合金电磁泵低压铸造充型压力计算控制计算方法;通过实验研究在不同励磁电流和电极电流下电流与电磁泵输出压力之间的关系,建立压力控制计算模型,并进行电磁泵低压铸造过程模拟验证;研究表明:在磁感应强度确定的情况下,电极电流与输出压力都是呈严格的线性变化规律;电磁泵低压铸造充型平稳,加压压力控制精确,是高质量铝铸件生产先进的铸造工艺方法.

Abstract:The aim is to study the method to determine filling pressure calculation control method for aluminum electromagnetic pump (EMP)low pressure casting . First, the experiments have been studied to show the relation between electric current and export pressure of EMP in the different of magnet current and electrode current and the pressure calculation control model has been established. Second, the low pressure casting process for EMP has been simulated to verify the model. The Study show the electrode current and the export pressure present the strict line variety regulation under the condition that the magnetism induction strength is assured. The filling of electromagnetism pump low pressure casting is steady, and the adding pressure control is precise. The electromagnetism pump low pressure casting is the advanced casting method to produce high quantity aluminum castings.
