摘    要:介绍了一种自行设计的以ARM处理器S3C44B0为核心、利用红外激光光谱检测原理实时测量高温气体浓度的便携式系统;该系统利用特定的激光光谱与相应的气体浓度之间的函数关系,设计出一种耐高温、响应快的传感器,将光信号转化为电流信号;μA级微弱电流经过I/V转换、放大滤波后转化为可用的电压信号通过A/D转换器送入S3C44B0进行采集和处理,通过数据处理程序计算得出实时浓度,输出到液晶屏显示;系统实时性能好,携带方便,除了检测燃油发动机的尾气,还可推广到化工、电力、矿山等行业的气体检测。

Abstract:A self-design of a portable testing system for gas concentration with infrared laser spectral detection principle centralized on ARM microprocessor-S3C44B0 is introduced.A sensor with High-temperature Resistance and fast response is designed according to the function relation between specific laser spectrum and corresponding gas concentration.It can transform optical energy into current signal.The weak current signal of uA is converted into the available voltage signal by I/V conversion,amplified-filter circuit.Then the voltage is sent to S3C44B0 for data collecting and processing by A/D converter.The real-time gas concentration is calculated by data processing program and is displayed by LCD.The system has the advantage of good real-time performance and carrying conveniently.Besides it is used for testing the gas of fuel-engine,it is also apptied to the gas leakage detection for chemical industry,electric power industry and the mine.
