摘    要:在对钻井事故处理不断探索和总结的基础上,根据卡钻特点,提出了一种能很好地处理井下卡钻事故的新型随钻安全接头的设计方案,并对中轴的2种承载模型(上下滑键不对称和对称模型)进行了应力、塑性应变和变形分布分析。考察了2种承载模型的优劣情况,上下滑键对称模型的应力、塑性应变和位移分布均匀,协调性很好,建议设计中采用上下滑键对称结构。

Abstract:Based on groping for and summarization of the processing method drilling failure,and according to the characteristic of drill pipe sticking,this paper proposed a new design for drilling safety joint,which can commendably deal with drill pipe sticking accidents.It analyzed the stress,plastic strain,and strain distribution on two model of its core components-center shaft(the upper feather key and the lower feather key is symmetrical and unsymmetrical),compared the merit and demerit of the two model as well.Considering the stress,plastic strain,and strain distribution of symmetrical model is even and harmonious,we suggest using this model.
