溶胶-凝胶法微波合成AlN纳米微粉的研究

摘    要:以铝的无机盐和酚醛树脂作原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在微波炉中以较低的温度和极短的时间合成了粒度在5~80nm范围内的AlN纳米微粉,其纯度达到质量分数为98%以上。

Abstract:Nanometer aluminum nitride powder was synthesized by sol gel and microwave heating.The powder diameter ranged from 5 to 80 nm and its purity was higher than 98wt%. And colloidal Al(OH) 3 and phenolformaldehyde resin were used as starting materials.
