安钢1号高炉大修改造及生产实践

安钢１号高炉（３００ｍ＾３）１９９９年大修时，对高炉本体、热风炉、槽下上料等进行了改造。高炉投产后，通过采取加强技术管理、优化炉料结构、全风温操作富氧喷煤以及进行低硅生铁冶炼等找施，高炉生产不断强化，利用系数连续７个月保持在３．０以上，２０００年２月高达３．２。

Reline and production of No. 1 BF at Anyang Steel

A few of advanced techniques and equipments were adopted for the BF body,hot stove and under bin in the reline of No. 1 BF (300 m3) at Anyang Steel in 1999. After the BF was blown on,a series of measures were adopted such as strengthening management, optimizing burden structure, practicing full blast temperature operation and so on,as a result,the productivity of No.1 BF was kept over 3.0.
