| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the research status of post project evaluation,concerning the situation of high-speed passenger rail line in China.Through Logical Framework Approach(LFA),it puts forward the post-project evaluation system of high-speed passenger rail line projects in four parts,including process evaluation,evaluation of benefit and effect,evaluation of sustainability and comprehensive evaluation of the project,and introduces four parts of contents. |
