| 摘 要： | 新安矿3103^-2工作面开采过程中，轨顺顶部采空区发生自燃，向火区注水、灌浆等手段灭火均遭失败。应用管网式胶体防灭火技术向火区大流量压注硅酸复合胶体，充填了顶部冒落区，彻底扑灭了自燃火灾。并对相邻两个停采线自燃危险区域压注高分子复合胶体，有效地防止了自燃的发生，保证了工作面的安全回采。实践表明，大流量管网式胶体防灭火技术适应了综放面火灾特点，能够快速扑灭和预防矿井火灾。

| Abstract: | March 9th 2003,a spontaneous fire took place above No.3103+{-2} stoping zone of Xin'an Coal Mine.After a series of efforts such as water injection,grouting became resultless,the technology of injecting great volume of gel-containing mud through pipeline network is adopted with satisfactory result in extinguishing the fire.Then,the method is used to two adjacent mining zones where potential danger of firing exists. |
