| 摘 要： | （目的）基于时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术，建立了禽蛋中氟苯尼考及其代谢物氟苯尼考胺的快速检测方法。（方法）禽蛋中氟苯尼考及氟苯尼考胺经氨化乙酸乙酯提取，并用二氯乙酸酐将提取液中的氟苯尼考胺衍生化为氟苯尼考，最后用时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术进行快速测定；实验优化了氟苯尼考胺衍生转化条件，利用阴性基质加标考察了方法特异性、假阴性率、假阳性率、准确度和重复性等性能。（结果）结果表明，氟苯尼考胺在乙酸乙酯体系中成功衍生化为氟苯尼考，氟苯尼考检出限为10 μg/kg；方法性能指标考察符合快速检测技术规范要求。另外，通过本方法建立时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术和液相色谱质谱联用技术对市售禽蛋样品进行分析，发现快检结果与国标方法测量结果基本一致。（结论）实验证实本方法具有前处理简便、速度快、成本低、检测结果可储存、可追溯及统计分析等特点，适合大批量样品的现场筛查，提高监管效率。
