摘    要:控制爆破拆除包钢房地产开发公司3座钢筋砼水塔。3座水塔均高40.18m、上部水柜直径13.5m,顶部直径及储水量300t是国内迄今为止爆破最大最重的钢筋砼水塔,水塔位于楼宇林立的“街坊”之中,周围环境十分复杂。受倒塌条件的限制,采用了高位切口定向倒塌爆破方案。对爆破技术参数精心设计、精心组织施工,爆破区采用双排钢管双层蒲帘进行了封闭式防护有效地控制飞石危害,挖减震沟及缓冲减震坑有效地控制地震波传播及碎石反弹,爆破达到了定向准确、安全、破碎好的效果。本文所提供的经验值得以后类似爆破工程借鉴。

Abstract:Owned by Baogang realty exploiture company,the three molished by controlled blasting are all 40.18 meters high. With their reinforce concrete water towers top water tank being 13.5m in to be dediameter and 300t capacity, they are the biggest and the most heavy ones to be demolished inland so far. These water towers are surrounded by lots of buildings and located in complicated environment. For this reason, perch cut directional collapse plan is adopted. Both design and operation are careful.Double-lines steel tubes and shades are used fencing protection to prevent flying rock damage effectively. Meanwhile, digging shock absorbing ditches and pits are effective to control seismic wave and gravel bounce. The blasting reached good effects of safety, accurate direction, and well sized fragments. The present paper provided reference for the similar engineering.
