一起汽油放火案的原因认定

一起火灾事故造成11人死亡,现场过火面积很小,只有一个起火点,通过对起火部位、起火点的仔细勘查,逐一排查可疑点,并对提取到的地面残留物进行气相色谱分析,综合分析认定确定事故的性质及原因,并成功破案。运用了放火案件的现场勘查、调查访问、技术鉴定及模拟实验等科学、客观的调查方法,为今后调查类似案件提供借鉴。

The cause determination of a case of petrol arson

Although misfire field is very small and there is only one origin point of the fire, eleven persons lost their life in the fire. The investigators made the detaild examination about fire site and origin point,excluded any suspious points.
