摘    要:为解决粉煤灰大宗利用的问题, 研究了复合激发剂对大掺量粉煤灰水泥强度的影响及其水化的机理。结果表明:NaOH、Ca(OH)2、Na2SO4三种激发剂协同激发效果显著, 3 d及28 d抗压、抗折强度均超过42.5水泥强度指标; 最终得到粉煤灰胶凝材料的质量配比为:粉煤灰75%、熟料20%、石膏5%、激发剂3%;对制备的粉煤灰胶凝材料进行凝结时间、胶砂流动度、安定性等物理性能进行测试, 结果均达到粉煤灰水泥的国标要求。研究表明:采用复合激发剂可以提高粉煤灰的胶凝活性, 所制备大掺量粉煤灰水泥可以进行工程实用。

Effects of Compound Activator on the Strengths of Cement with High Volume Fly Ash

Abstract:In order to solve the bulk utilization of the fly ash, we studied the effects of compound activator on the strengths of cement with high volume fly ash and hydration mechanisms, improving the activity of fly ash, achieve the purpose of big dosage used preparation of fly ash.The results indicate that, the effects of compound activator is remarkable, the compressive and flexural strength of 3 days and 28 days achieved the 425 cement standards; The resulting ratio of fly ash cement materials as follows:75% of fly ash, clinker 20%, gypsum 5%, compound activator 3%.The physical properties of the fly ash cement materials with setting time, fluidity and soundness of mortar was also studied, and the results can meet international standards.It was found that the addition of compound can improve cementitious activity of the fly ash, and the cement with high volume fly ash may be utilized in industry.
