小秦岭地区某含钨碲金矿工艺矿物学及综合利用试验研究

摘    要:以小秦岭地区某金矿伴生钨碲为研究对象,采用原子吸收光谱仪、MLA、能谱分析仪、扫描电镜等分析测试手段对其进行了工艺矿物学研究,并在此基础之上进行了金、钨、碲的综合利用试验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明:主要可回收的元素为Au、W和Te,黄铁矿为主要载金、载碲矿物,金主要以自然金、碲金银矿的形式存在,碲主要以碲金银矿、碲银矿、碲铋矿的形式存在,钨多以白钨矿的形式存在。采用优先浮选金碲—尾矿选钨的工艺流程,可获得指标良好的金碲精矿和白钨精矿,金碲精矿中Au、Te品位分别为44.26 g/t、148.90 g/t,回收率分别为96.02%、91.71%;白钨精矿中WO3品位为33.68%,回收率为67.43%。该研究为小秦岭地区矿产综合利用提供了技术借鉴。

Study on Process Mineralogy and Comprehensive Utilization of Gold-tungsten-tellurium Ore in Xiaoqinling

Abstract:This study takes a gold-tungsten-tellurium ore in Xiaoqinling area as the research object. Spectral analysis, MLA, EDS, SEM, and other analytical methods were conducted to study process mineralogy, and then the comprehensive utilization test was carried out. The processing mineralogy research shows that the main recoverable elements are Au, W and Te. Pyrite is main carrier of gold and tellurium. The primary gold minerals are native gold and petzite. The main tellurium minerals are petzite, hessite and tellurbismuth. Tungsten is mainly in the form of scheelite. Using the process of preferential flotation of gold and tellurium-recovering tungsten from tailings, a gold tellurium concentrate and a scheelite concentrate with good qualities could be obtained. The Au and Te grade of gold-tellurium concentrate was 44.26 g/t and 148.90 g/t with a recovery of 96.02% and 91.71%, respectively. The WO3 grade of scheelite concentrate was 33.68% with a recovery of 67.43%. The study provides a technical reference for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in Xiaoqinling area.
