摘    要:采用磷酸铵镁(MAP)沉淀法,向模拟氮磷废水中添加低品位轻烧镁粉,研究pH值、c(N):c(P)、用量和反应时间等工艺条件对去除废水中氮磷元素去除效果的影响。结果表明:MgO质量分数为89%的轻烧镁粉在c(N):c(P)=90:300、用量=7 g/L、pH=8、搅拌25 min的试验条件下,磷酸盐和氨氮的去除率能分别达到98.59%和89.30%。利用低品位轻烧镁粉进行MAP结晶沉淀法可有效回收废水中的氮磷元素,在资源回收利用和环境保护方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Recovering Nitrogen and Phosphorus from Wastewater by Low-grade Light Calcined Powder

Abstract:Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate Process was used to treat simulated wastewater that include nitrogen and phosphorus by low-grade light calcined powder. Some factors affecting the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus were discussed, including pH, N/P ratio, low-grade light calcined powder dosage, reaction time. Results indicated that for Magnesium oxide content of 89% in light calcined powder, when the N/P ratio was 90:300, the opimal dosage was 7 g/L, the pH value was 8, and the reaction time was 25 min, the removal efficiency of nitrogen 98.59% and phosphorus 89.30% can be got. MAP precipitation method by low-grade light calcined powder can effectively recover nitrogen and phosphorus elements in wastewater and there are wide application prospect in resource recycling and environmental protection.
