玻利维亚劳拉力矿区高品位难选氧化铜矿活化浮选研究

摘    要:玻利维亚劳拉力矿区某铜矿含Cu 3.98%,铜矿物主要为孔雀石,Cu氧化率达98.49%、结合率达20.10%,为高品位难选氧化铜矿。针对矿石的性质特点,提出了"硫化钠与硫酸铵协同活化、水玻璃与硫酸铵联合分散、异戊基黄药与羟肟酸强化捕收"的活化浮选方案,并考察了主要因素的影响。结果表明:活化浮选的最佳条件为水玻璃用量300 g/t、硫化钠用量800 g/t、硫酸铵用量800 g/t、异戊基黄药用量120 g/t、羟肟酸用量60 g/t;在最佳条件下,经过"一粗—一精—两扫"的活化浮选工艺,获得了良好的技术指标,精矿Cu品位达27.07%、回收率达86.38%。

Activation Flotation for a High Grade Refractory Copper Oxide Ore in Laurani Mining Area,Bolivia

Abstract:A certain copper ore in Laurani mining area, Bolivia, with the high Cu content of 3.98%, the main copper minerals of malachite, and the oxidation rate and combination ratio of Cu reaching as high as 98.49% and 20.10% respectively, belongs to one type of high grade refractory copper oxide ore. According to properties of this ore, an activation flotation scheme was proposed as "synergistic activation by sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate, combined dispersion by sodium silicate and ammonium sulfate, strengthening collection by mixed use of isoamyl xanthate and hydroxamic acid", and meanwhile the effects of main factors of the scheme was investigated. The results show that, under the optimum conditions:sodium silicate dosage of 300 g/t, sodium sulfide dosage of 800 g/t, ammonium sulfate dosage of 800 g/t, isoamyl xanthate dosage of 120 g/t, and hydroxamic acid dosage of 60 g/t, the concentrate with the Cu grade and recovery of 27.07% and 86.38%, could be obtained by activation flotation process of "one roughing, one cleaning, two stages scavenging".
