废铝基/钯催化剂碱性浸出废液制备拟薄水铝石的研究

摘    要:以废铝基/钯石油催化剂经钠化焙烧-碱性浸出的废液为对象, 研究了偏铝酸钠CO2中和法在不同制备条件下对拟薄水铝石产品性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:反应终点pH和陈化温度决定着拟薄水铝石的颗粒形貌, 反应终点pH、陈化温度和陈化时间共同决定着拟薄水铝石颗粒的大小。在反应终点pH=10.5、陈化温度90℃、陈化时间4 h的条件下可以得到比表面积达到282 m2/g、胶溶指数达到96.2%的纯净无杂晶的拟薄水铝石产品。

Abstract:The properties and microstructure of pseudoboehmite prepared by the alkaline leachate of aluminum base/palladium catalysts using sodium aluminate-CO2 neutralization method at different conditions were studied.The results indicated that the granular appearance of pseudoboehmite was determined by the terminal reaction pH and aging temperature, while the particle size was characterized by the final pH, aging temperature and aging time.Under the conditions of pH=10.5, aging temperature of 90℃ and aging time of 4 h, the pure pseudoboehmite product with specific surface area of 282 m2/g and dispersion index of 96.2% can be obtained.
