| 摘 要： | 采用D-近似最优设计法，系统地研究了NaOH质量分数、碱处理时间及碱处理温度这三个主要因素对制备壳聚糖的影响，并以脱乙酰度为主要性能指标，提出不脱蛋白质的壳聚糖制备工艺条件。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the study on the effects of three facts (concentration of NaOH,time and temperature of NaOH treatment) in preparation of chitosan.According to D-approximate design experimental method,we have proposed the technological condition for preparation of protein_containing with the degree of deacetylation of chitosan as the main property index. |
