压实缸体铸造工艺改进

摘    要:根据压实缸体结构及应用特点,对其现有铸造工艺进行分析与改进。为方便造型和清理铸件,缸体底部由冷铁取代了侧冒口,顶部整圈圆环形冒口改为部分圆环形。在保证获得合格铸件的基础上,冒口和补贴尺寸明显缩小,有效的节约了资源,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:According to the structure and application characteristics of the compaction cylinder, its existing casting process is analyzed and improved. In order to facilitate the modeling and cleaning the bottom of the cylinder is replaced by cold iron side riser and top circle whole circle riser is changed to partial ring. On the basis of ensuring access to qualified castings, the size of riser and subsidy are obviously reduced, saving the resource effectively and improving the production efficiency
