| 摘 要： | 为了对田东电厂3号炉电除尘器出口烟尘浓度超标进行治理,通过与4号炉同类型电除尘器对比,就烟气流量偏高及电气性能差的情况进行改造.通过减少除尘器、空气预热器、省煤器的漏风,调整锅炉燃烧用风量,提高极线振打力等,使其出口烟尘质量浓度从最高的2793.4mg/m3(干烟气,标态,下同)降致219.9mg/m3,远低于国家规定的排放标准.

| Abstract: | In order to rule the gas discharge density over proof on No 3 boiler in Tian Dong thermal power plant, by compared with the similar type electric precipitator on No 4 boiler, the cases of higher flue density and ill electrical characteristics are managed By reduced air leakage of dust cleaner, air preheater and economizer, and increased polar line vibrational force, then the flue density in exit is dropped from 2 793 4 mg/m\ 3 to 219 9 mg/m\ 3, and is lower than national emission standard far and away |
