四冲程摩托车发动机配气机构的数值分析

摘    要:本文首先简要地介绍了样条函数数值分析方法,并用FORTRAN77高级语言编制了相应的计算程序。在某100ml摩托车发动机配气凸轮的计量基础上,分析了该发动机的配气凸轮,并根据分析结果,绘制了配气机构全部图纸,根据图纸,计算了进、排气门以及气门(主要是进气门)和活塞的干涉问题。该发动机的试验结果表明,本文所介绍的数值分析方法是成功的,所进行的尺寸链计算也是正确的,并具有推广价值。

Abstract:The numerical analysis method is presented in this paper. The computer program is programmed with FORTRAN 77 language according to the introduced numerical analysis method. At the base of measuring data, the cam of the 100mL engine is analyzed. The clearance either between inlet valve and exhaust valve or between valves and piston is calculated. At last, the design drawing is drawn according to the analysis result. The test result of the engine presents that the numerical analysis method and calculation result are successful.
