砂的颗粒组成对砂浆强度影响的试验研究

摘    要:将3种粗细程度不同的砂,即5 mm>D≥2.36 mm的粗砂2,.36 mm>D≥1.18 mm的中砂及1.18 mm>D≥0.6 mm的细砂,按均匀设计方法进行配合比组合,分别测得了各组合方案的堆积密度,找出最大堆积密度的一组,与粗砂、细砂作为3种试验砂,配制了M2.5-M5、M10、M15、M20四组不同强度等级的砂浆,分别测定其28 d强度和密度,分析了砂的粒径级配对砂浆性能的影响,指出:对于强度等级低的砂浆,在水泥用量一定的情况下,砂浆的砂粒越粗,强度越高,甚至高于最大堆积密度者,而当砂浆强度在M10以上时,组合砂浇筑的砂浆强度要大于粗砂浇筑的砂浆强度,且砂浆试块密度也是组合砂浇筑的较大。
