摘    要:管道缺陷严重影响着管道的安全使用,而缺陷管道修复中最常见的方法是套管修复。对轴向穿透裂纹管道裂纹区域内套管止裂方法进行了分析,利用有限元分析方法,通过止裂系数f衡量套管的止裂效果,并对其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,f与管道壁厚δ、裂纹半长a、套管位置Lx、套管壁厚sδ及套管长度Ls有关,与裂纹管道的管径Do无关。同时给出了不同形式下套管修复裂纹管道的推荐参数以及止裂系数f的拟合公式。

Abstract:Pipeline defects seriously affect the using of pipeline safely, the sleeve repair is the most common method for the pipeline defects repair. Analysis for sleeve repair technology to an axial throughwall crack pipe within crack area was presented by using finite element method. Through the crack arrest coefficient f,the crack arrest effect was evaluated. Factors which affected the crack arrest coefficient f were studied. The results indicated that f had a relation with wall thickness of pipeδ ,crack half-length α ,location of sleeve Lx ,wall thickness of sleeve & ,length of sleeve L, and f was insignificant effect with diameter of pipe Do. Recommended parameters of sleeve in different forms were given,and the expressions of the crack arrest coefficient f were fitted.
