| 摘 要： | 在回顾和分析相关理论文献的基础上,从四个角度构建房地产企业核心能力识别模型,并用模型透视万科集团的发展历程,对其核心能力的形成进行了分析,发现万科集团在四个方面都形成了一定程度的核心能力。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes a core competency recognition model of real estate enterprise from four perspectives on the basis of the review and analysis of relevant theoretical literature,and uses the model to observe Vanke Group's practice,analyzes the formation of its core competencies, finds Vanke Group has been forming core competencies in four areas to a certain extent. |
