低温盐浴钛催渗氮碳共渗研究

摘    要:阐述了钛催渗低温盐浴氮碳共渗机理,重点研究了钛催渗对几种不同材料钢氮碳共渗的影响。研究结果表明;钛催渗具有明显的催渗效果,可使氮、碳原子的渗入速度显著加快,提高渗层深度和渗层硬度。同时钛催渗盐浴氮碳共渗工艺简单方便,共渗温度低,共渗时间短,具有明显的节能特点。

Abstract:Effects of Ti catalysis of nitrocarburization on several materials in salt bath at low temperature were studied, and its acting mechanism was discussed. The study shows that there exist remarkable Ti catalysis effects, which can increase the depth of a nitrided layer, enhance its surface hardening and nitrocarburize rapidly. The Ti catalytic salt bath nitrocarburization method can be applied with ease and economy, and needs low temperature and a short time.
