电解铝厂谐波治理研究

摘    要:以某电解铝厂实际运行时出现的问题出发,根据电网实际结构进行电能质量测试,发现110kV母线上电能质量达到要求,但整流变压器器2次侧的5次滤波通道有过流现象。结合电能质量治理新技术,采用混合有源电力滤波器进行治理,并给出了具体参数,治理效果达到要求。

Abstract:Taking a certain electrolytic aluminum plant operation problems,according to the actual power structure,power quality testing,found the 110kV bus electric energy quality can meet the requirements,but the rectifier transformer secondary side two 5 filter channels have flow phenomenon.The article combines the power quality control technology,using a hybrid active power filter to control,and gives specific parameters,control effect reaches the requirements.
